Working for technical brands in Northern America and Europe has given me the essential insights into all aspects of the supply chain. From researching, designing, developing and strategizing to planning, implementing, negotiating, and creating functional products and services. Whether Direct to Consumer or wholesale, the focus remains the same, to bring the best products to market that meet the consumers demands in the most ethical, sustainable and profitable way possible. Partnerships with Costco, Amazon, and other major retailers as well as own DTC channels. I relocated to China for a year to gain in-depth knowledge on fabrics, packaging materials, glues, coatings, cut and sew, heat welding, production processes and procedures, managing production, sampling new product concepts, and building stronger relationships with China-based manufacturers. This deep understanding of manufacturing processes has helped me to reduce waste and production costs, increase profit margin per unit, and find ways to improve on existing products in the market.READY TO TALK?
