Eli has been involved in a variety of construction projects ranging from hospitals, assisted living facilities, airports, colleges and universities, public and private schools, mass transportation, high-rise hotels and resorts, multi-family housing, commercial office buildings, retail complexes, churches, restaurants, recreation and entertainment centers, and baseball stadiums, to highways, military installations and federal/state government projects, parking garages, fiber optic and underground utility networks, and sewer and waste management systems.Eli attended law school at the University of Baltimore, and received his law degree, with honors, in 1998. Eli also received dual Certificates of Concentration in Business Law and Public Interest Law. After law school, Eli worked at Levin & Gann, P.A., where his practice focused on representing corporate and business clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. In 2001, Eli joined Harrison Law Group where his practice is focused on the myriad of issues comprising the fields of commercial law and construction litigation.
