 Managing the QA Automation Team for Juniper vGW (ex-Altor) product line. Utilizing Jsystem and Selenium IDE frameworks to building state of the art automation framework for software quality verification in the virtulalized cloud enviroment. Building and executing test plans. Meeting recruitment targets.

 Managed a team of 4 QA engineers.  Managed Enterprise Solutions Integration testing effort along with QA testing projects for individual products. Managed Customer Support escalation processes including patches and hot fix release testing for major customers  Defined the QA methodology to be used during System and Integration testing cycles in my group. In charge of personnel, purchasing and budget planning Set up an automatic testing system enabling the reduction of the Sanity testing cycle times by 60%. Planned and managed the process of full QA Laboratories infrastructure reconstruction. Managed a team of two ATT developers, developing a system based on TestShell (by Qualisystems) and Linux shell scripts. Developed and integrated an automated logs analysis system, using Linux shell scripting.

 Managed a team of five 5 QA engineers (directly subordinate to the assistant CEO in charge of development). Developed and documented the testing methodology of the company, including development and implementation of Performance testing and managing Performance Envelope of company products. Managed Planning and Control activates for the QA process. Administered budgets for purchasing testing equipment and communications equipment to set up testing laboratories. Defining product requirements and designing integration tests for third party products (Continuous Flex, Radware CID). Provided support for the Presales and Professional Services system of the company.  Managed training for all staff

 Planned and executed tests for QoS system in WAN environment, including Layer 1,2,3 equipment by Nortel, Cisco Bay, etc. Worked with SmartBits and Ganymede tools for simulating network traffic. Wrote and used Windows batch and Linux shell scripts for testing needs. Used SQL queries to confront the test results gathered by the QoS system Designed, set up and maintained the Net-Reality QA laboratory and its various components (including end-user computers running various OS).

 In charge of system testing in environment simulating Large-scale networks. Worked with tools simulating IP traffic (iXia, Chariot, etc.) Worked with WAN simulators, wrote Test plans, conducted Performance tests.
