The Surveillance Associate position will provide servicing and asset management support on loans originated by ORIX Real Estate Capital, effective from when loan closes through the time in which the loan pays off or is liquidated. • Generate income through transaction fees and the timely collection of late charges and default interest in order to ensure the profitability of the Servicing Division and KeyCorp.
• Monitor and administer the posting of all loan payments in accordance with the loan documents.
