Managing 6 break down technicians and 3 PM technicians. Scheduling and dispatching day to day requirements, as well as training and assisting in diagnostics to 9 technicians.

• Responsible for Preventative Maintenance on all equipment (electric and IC) and all follow up work found during maintenance• Responsible for determining if the truck should be sent to the shop or repaired in the field, then performing those repairs• Responsible for Breakdown calls sent to me and to arrive at the Customer in a timely manner.• Responsible for repairs in field on electric and IC (including I.Warehouse)• Responsible for assuring that all trucks meet all OSHA and ANSI standards• Offer knowledge to the Customer about the status of their fleet and to put the Customer’s needs at first priority• Responsible for billing every six minutes worked• Responsible for Warranty Jobs and the return of the part• Responsible for Prioritizing work load to be most efficient • Responsible for inventory control on van and consignment cabinets

• Responsible for Preventative Maintenance on heavy equipment, heavy and light duty vehicles and small engine.• Responsible for performing both visual and computerized diagnostics of fuel, electric and hydraulic systems on fleet vehicles and equipment.• Perform a variety of major and minor heavy equipment and automotive repairs.• Responsible for diagnosing and repairing hydraulic leaks. • Respond to on-road calls• Responsible for fabrication using pneumatic, electric, gas and welding tools• Operation of all equipment • SWAT Team Custom Fabrication and Maintenance

• Selling of automotive work.
