In the 16+ years working for Holmes Erection, I have worked my way up through the company starting in 2006 as an Iron worker/ welder. With very strong fabrication skills. Few years later was awarded the position of job site foreman overseeing up to 14 construction employees at times in the structural steel building Erection and modifications , precast concrete Erection , and equipment installations. Learned how to operate various sizes of heavy forklifts and hydraulic cranes, while also obtaining my NCCCO Certification. I have also gained a very strong role as a heavy equipment mechanic for several years within the company with a great understanding of our equipment service and repair for reliable function. In 2022 I was awarded the position of equipment dispatch manager, responsible for 3d lift planning software demonstration, critical lift planning along with equipment determination whether it be a crane from 2.5 ton to 350ton capacity, or forklifts from 4ton to 60ton capacity to meet the goals of our customers needs to get the job done with proper employee placement.
