Responsible to General Manager for: (a) Any machinery defect/trouble & repairing which is unable handled by ship's crew; (b) Docking preparation until sea trialRole:1. Making of Docking preparation for the vessels (i.e. Dock items/repair specification; Dock budgeting; Dock space availability; Controlling & monitoring the vessel while on docking). Making docking daily report and docking progress to the ship's owner.2. Attend to the vessel if any repair requested from the vessel & provide 3rd party or maker if require for repair or servicing.3. Control & monitoring of any material landed to ashore for repairing at shore workshop4. Making good communication & coordination with operational superintendent for good operational of the vessel.

- Responsible to the Master and Technical Superintendent cc: to Technical Manager (onshore) for Entire Engine Department and all machinery on board assisted by Engine staffs.- Maintain the vessel on good operation without any delay as per charter require.- Ensure adequate Fuel, Lube Oil and Boiler Water for every passage.- Carried out maintenance as per scheduled and ensure spare parts available for maintenance purpose and minimum requirement for critical spare parts on board.- Thorough the vessel for inspection i.e. Oil Major (Conoco Phillip Indonesia), PSC (Port State Control)

- Responsible to the Master and Technical Super intendent cc: to Technical Manager (onshore) for Entire Engine Department and all machineries on board assisted by Engine staffs.- Maintain the vessel on good operation without any delay as per charter party.- Ensure adequate Fuel, Lube Oil and Boiler Water for every passage.- Carried out maintenance as per scheduled and ensure adequate spare parts and store on board.- Throught the vessel for inspection i.e. Oil Major (BP, Shell, Petronas), Coast Guard inspection (such as USCG)

- Head of Engine Department.- Responsible to Technical manager ashore.- Prepare for readiness of inspections such as CDI, Oil Major, Terminal Inspection, PSC (i.e. USCG), Annual Inspection, Docking preparation.

- Responsible to Personnel In Charge (PIC) for any maintenance of FPSO machineries.- Maintain all FPSO machineries operation on good condition, without any unscheduled shut down.- Carried out maintenance as per sdchedule for all FPSO machineries according to Computerized PMS, including NON SCHEDULED work order.- Reporting Daily Fuel condition report.- Completing of IPC (Individual Performance Contract) for supporting FPSO operational, and for Premier Oil Generally.- Supervising of all maintenances carried out by engine maintenance staffs or by third party (contractor).
