I am a current Fourth-year student Majoring in Economics and History, with a Minor in General Business at Miami University. Throughout my coursework so far at Miami University, I have engaged in rigorous economic studies. This includes working with comprehensive data sets and consuming an abundance of economic perspectives to make decisions regarding economic policy and risk. Specifically, my experience in microeconomic theory has given me insights into risk analysis and insurance structure. Critical thinking, data analysis, and research are just a few of the skills I am developing in my coursework.When I am not in class or engaging in my studies, I spend time working at the Cincinnati Insurance Companies as a Risk Management Intern. While working as an intern, I assist the risk management team review home inspections and compile data from past inspection information as well as many other projects. This position has allowed me to develop a comprehensive insight into risk management practices and has given me a great opportunity to grow an understanding of the insurance industry.I'm also involved in many campus organizations including Amicus Curiae Pre-law Society, Miami French Club, and Ox-wee. I have developed new skills in these organizations, supported the local community, and furthered my education while leading on all of the executive boards. These clubs allow me to engage further with my peers and the Miami community.
