Engage with customers as a single point of contact to assist in troubleshooting issues with GE protective relays, and/or the interface with the customer’s power systemEvaluate waveform data to investigate potential misoperations and determine root causes Provide onsite technical support as needed for complex issuesEngage with sales team to assist customers in product selection

• Retain technical ownership and knowledge of one portion of the Instrumentation and Control suite used to operate and control U.S. Navy submarine nuclear reactors• Remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by currently deployed U.S. Navy submarines in real time • Train U.S. Navy submarine crews on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the nuclear reactor Instrumentation and Control suite• Develop new procedures for operating and maintaining the nuclear reactor Instrumentation and Control suite in order to improve personnel safety and equipment reliability, and decrease the maintenance burden on operators• Engage with a diverse group of vendors and other government contractors to design, develop, test, and implement new technologies and designs• Actively manage multiple projects concurrently to improve and advance currently fielded products • Develop and review technical documents including electrical schematics, technical manuals, test plans, and government submittals
