As Store Manager for The Shane Company, I transformed a well-below-performance store that grew its revenue at a rate of 25% by implementing a customer excellence strategy.══ INSTRUMENTAL ═After being an Assistant Store Manager in Arizona, I was promoted to the Store Manager role in Kansas. I led a team of over 30 direct reports, including three Senior Managers responsible for sales, operations, training, and production.
