Hello! I am a summa cum laude graduate from the University of Florida where I completed my B.S. in psychology and certificate in sport management in May 2024. I am now a first-year M.S. student in the sport psychology program, a PURPOSE Fellow, and a graduate research assistant working with the Center of Population Sciences for Health Equity at Florida State University.I have other experience conducting psychology and behavioral health research with esteemed faculty at the University of Florida, University of South Florida, Academic College of Tel-Aviv, and Florida State University in the Advertising, Health Behavior, Psychology, Child and Family Studies, and Educational Psychology and Learning Systems departments. I am also fortunate to be able to work as a mental performance consultant at Mind.Body.1, consulting with first responders, government agencies, and competitive athletes at all levels of sport on mental performance improvement. My clients at Mind.Body.1 include the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO) and the Florida A&M University track and field teams. Additionally, through my program at FSU, I have been able to shadow experienced consultants working with the FAMU Volleyball team, FSU-S boys JV baseball team, FSU club ice hockey team, and the Maclay School girls basketball team. I hope to continue conducting relevant research while becoming expert in the application of sport psychology, and eventually complete my doctorate to become a licensed psychologist specializing in athlete counseling and performance development.
