Since 2011, I've helped Clal's senior management with their ambitious rollout of a new customer experience program. Initially, their challenges were in aligning the efforts of every employee in the 4000-strong organization towards making the fundamental changes in their processes, priorities and professional approach to their customer interactions. Later in the project, the focus became tactical: selection and provisioning of tools and technologies, installation of analytics to measure and guide decision-making, and executing customer research to provide a complete picture of the customer experience.

Blat Lapidot's customers engaged us to help them implement wide-ranging, deeply impactful organizational changes. I assisted our customers in implementing company-wide ERP and CRM systems, simplifying processes for major efficiency gains, and crafting new policies to support improvements to customer loyalty and satisfaction.I also provided corporate management teams with mentoring and training to help them lead these fundamental changes in their organizations from the top. Helping these management teams create aligned expectations throughout their companies was a major factor in the realization of their goals.

Odyssey provided customized leadership training and team-building programs at sea. In our one-week workshops, we helped senior management teams from organizations like Savilles, DTZ, Pelephone, and the Israel Defense Forces learn how to communicate effectively and work together in the rapidly changing environment of a sailboat at sea.This venture was conceived and bootstrapped entirely by me based on my experience as a ship's commanding officer in the Israeli Navy. In addition to creating the curriculum and customizing it for each client, I hired and trained our staff, marketed our services to relevant businesses internationally, and established partnerships with distributors.

At Deloitte, I assisted our partners in building a comprehensive process for managing customer projects throughout their lifecycle. Beginning with the selection of products for specific markets and culminating with quantifying customer satisfaction and overall project success. Our goals were to improve customer satisfaction and facilitate cross- and up-selling based on hard data captured from surveys and analytics.

Graduate, Naval Officer Candidate School. Commanded several different fast attack boats, crewed by 12 NCOs and enlisted men. This command required a great deal of interpersonal and management skills, teamwork, leadership, and decision-making in complex, stressful conditions.
