Continuation of IRS CIIEET Contract. Working with Criminal Investigation to migrate servers for the department and working with the team using CyberArk to secure the servers on the CI network.Worked with the field server migration team to help plan the migration of over 150 servers from IRS field sites to their main location. Wrote two scripts that saved hundreds of hours for my coworkers for setting permissions on thousands of users files.Met with key stakeholders for the migration project to help set up meetings and go over planning for the migration. Travelled to the Data Center office for the IRS to attend in person meetings for the migration. Started working in October of 2022 with the CyberArk team to support the upgrades of their CyberArk servers running 11.4 and Windows Server 2012 to CyberArk version 12.2 and Windows Server 2019. Helped to upgrade both the Testing and Production environments, which includes the three components for CyberArk which are, the Vaults, the PVWA’s, CPM's, and the PSM’s. This included learning and taking notes for the processes, staging files, installing the software for each component, testing all the software once it is done, and ensuring they are doing their rolesParticipated in multiple failovers for server applications that are needed once we have upgraded the servers to 2019 and the old 2012 servers needed to be taken out of rotation. Attended a weeklong working session in February of 2023 in Florence, Kentucky with the CyberArk teamMet with key stakeholders for the CyberArk upgrade project in Florence Kentucky for a mega session for our upgrades.

 Working as a contractor for ECS Federal on their CIIIET Contract for the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigations Division. Working with the field server migration team to help plan the migration of over 150 servers from IRS field sites to their main location. Provided world class Level 1 and Level 2 support for Guardant Health's business needs. Job duties included Desktop Support, extensive End User Support, working with the infrastructure needs on diagnosing any issues limited to the remote Spring, TX site. Worked with tooling necessary for supporting these enviorments. Administration of Druva, Okta, Zoom, Office 365, G-Suite, Jira/Confluence, Workspace ONE, Jamf Set up Physical Zoom Conference rooms for users onsite. Handled project where we deployed around 30 monitors for users returning to office after the COVID-19 pandemic. Also worked on other projects pertaining to Return to Office. Handled project for the recovery of user All-In-Ones that we were sunsetting for a hybrid Office-Home work enviornment. Took over and completed a project for our MDM where we needed to make sure all devices in our forest were compliant with our security policies. Would image new machines and would swap for older user machines deemed unfit for continued use. Wrote documentation for all work in Jira, but also wrote up separate knowledge base articles for new IT technicians, general users, and created content for our AI Based Helpdesk, Barista. Extensive troubleshooting for Windows and Mac OS Systems.

Supported all students and staff for the Our Lady of the Lake University Houston Remote Campus.Provided level 1 support to constituents on phone via any channel we utilized, performed administrative work such as reseting passwords etc. Also provided Level 2 support for computers, phones, printers, audio/visual, wired and wireless networks. Was on a Helpdesk Call rotation. Provided remote support for all university locations and OLLU's Online environment.Documented all work in SysAid, or ticket management system. Provided new user orientation to end users regarding OLLU technologies.Handled the Work From Home transition for my remote site during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Where i worked with onsite users to make sure they were situated to work from home.Was solely responsible for the maintenance of our 2 On-Site computer labs. Setup Audio Visual equipment and documented, such as when we had a break in and we had to get new Audio/Visual equipment.

The company has over 30 contracts with different companies. Consulted each company on their IT needs and provided support for their server(s) and workstations.

Subcontracted Through ITSourcePro. Received tickets in a ticketing system to service enterprise level printers. Worked in over 60 different environments. Mapped the network (most were not documented) and connected the printer(s). Set up other Multi-Function printer functions if requested.

Worked on a desk where students would need to swipe in with their physical access card to enter the dorm.Provided excellent customer service at the dormitory by answering any questions, or helping a resident sign in a guest.

Trained technician that fixed iPhone 4 ~ iPhone 5c. Also fixed Macs/ PCs.
