Volunteered as Team President of the KSU Equestrian Team. Coordinate team meetings, fundraising events, team bonding events, create sponsorship relationships, and participate as a competitive member within the IHSA organization. Oversee team performance, ensure completion of paperwork, write team by-laws, answer and send emails on a daily basis, create positive relationships with suppliers to provide members with KSU spirit wear, and plan evaluation. Attended multiple recruitment fairs and created flyers to increase student awareness about the Equestrian Team. Supervise the Team's Social Media platform (Instagram: @ksuequestrianclub) and create content.Growth of Social Media over the past months:- Social media followers increased by 20% due to my creation of content.- Reached +88.6% more accounts in September compared to August. - Most seen reel reached up to 11k views with over 700 likes.- Reels reach an average of 1500 views - Redesign the page for better visual Team Growth:- Increase team members from 18 (last year, 2021/22) to 32 members (this year, 2022/23).- Implemented monthly team bonding events.- Implemented workout sessions.- Created Season schedule.- Organized over five fundraising events during Fall Semester.- Created a relationship with Cherokee County Animal Shelter for community service.
