o Managing the end-to-end agile delivery practice. Including backlog definition and refinement, story lifecycle management in JIRA, daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives for the development and delivery of the strategic SaaS Industry 4.0 solution based on AWS.o Coordinating the timely elaboration of technical stories produced by the solution architects and UI/UX designers, ensuring stories have the right information required by the developers and QA leads to progress without delays.o Accountable for the off-shore scrum team. Coordinating resources, allocation of stories, verifying acceptance criteria, leading and motivating the team.

• Definition of epics and features and translation of them into user stories for scrum teams. Creation and management of the product backlog. Participation in all ceremonies that are part of the Agile methodology.

• E2E cellular IoT products development and delivery. Definition of technical product requirements from the business demands to successful develop and deliver the solution. • Supplier and Partner Management. Driving technical conversations with device suppliers and partners as well as with the internal stakeholders, across four different consumer IoT products for the V-by-Vodafone brand. • Development of V-by-Vodafone products including V-Pet, V-Sim, V-Bike, and V-Baby across seven markets.

• Performed IT E2E Platform of the Rich Communication Services (RCS) including: service management; incident management and problem management. • Reporting and Monitoring management using tools to show to the business the commercial KPIs. • Mentoring and training peers to support and analyse incidents.

• Service Management Performance. Successfully implemented best ITIL practices within the International Voice Interconnect (IVC). • Adding new capabilities and new Operation Support System tool to the IVC platform. • Launch an onboarding process to increase the portfolio on the Switched Ethernet product with 35 new countries.

• Project ITS (Individualised Temporary Storage): development of basic and detailed electrical engineering. The main tasks are the designs of external earthing, development plans, technical requirements of the main equipments, and the electrical installation of the buildings. Working in a multi-technical team.• Project Fuel Building Redundant Filtration System: from the initial design until the completion of the electrical system. Use of databases to create lists of materials.

• Control and review project documentation: project plans, test protocols, inspection reports, quality dossiers, evaluation of offers,etc.• Insurance and Control of the fulfilment of quality requirements imposed by the standard ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management in projects of engineering. • Direct Intervention in internal, external audits and self-controls.• Analysis and follow-up of non-conformities and opportunities of improvement detected in the projects.
