From Commercial to Community, from Content to Context, from Stores to… Stories!More than ever, physical stores are being challenged to figure out a new identity within the retail realm: what once were the media are now the sale channels, and viceversa.Leveraging 16 years of proven client-facing experience in interior design for retail, exhibit and homes, and more than 100K sqm of designed WW located spaces, I challenge myself everyday to assume customer’s point of view and blur the lines. Lines between digital shopping and experiential retail, home and hospitality, retail and entertainement. In an effort to seamlessly converge “bricks-n-clicks” into unified retail: a holistic, meaningful and social enriched shop experience, enabled by technology, data and behavior analytics.To do so, I translate strategy into architectural vision throughout store design concepts, meaningful storytelling and excellence.
