I'm a professional with over ten years of experience in public administration policy design and implementation. My leading skills are project and team management, which give me great qualities for public relations, organizing and coordinating work teams, and solving complex situations under pressure. During my years as a Director of the transparency area, one of my main achievements was the design and implementation of the first transparency department in the Infrastructure and Urban Development Secretary of Sonora (a state in northwest Mexico), and implementing the improvement regulatory policy in the Mobility Secretary of Mexico City. Both challenges included the creation of a department, training a team, developing new processes, and promoting an organizational culture more compromised with citizenship. During my time as a Director in the Mobility Secretary of Mexico City, another of my achievements was the creation and implementation of an internal protocol against women's violence. I am currently Managing complex projects regarding railway infrastructure in international teams in the private and public sectors, where the goal has been to promote effective communication between the parties.
