Corkscrew Hair Care provides high-quality, high-end, nourishing hair care products to consumers. Our brand is rooted in transparency maintaining a strong relationship with customers about the manufacturing ingredients and ethical practices our brand follows diligently. As founder, CEO, and owner of Corkscrew Hair Care I have been responsible for the start up of the company. I am currently in charge of the product development, marketing, finance, and communication.

Shelly's Voice provides holistic programming, responsible advisement, and leading resources to LGBTQ+ youth and their allies. As the Executive Director of Shelly's Voice Advocacy, I oversee all operations of the organization. My primary responsibility is to maintain the mission and advance the development of the organization. Under my leadership the organization has reestablished it's presence in the Indianapolis community. I assisted to develop the youth advocacy program, and appointed the Director of Youth Advocacy. Our organization has now established a Board of Directors, in which I am a member.

Led shifts of 5-10 baristas and cooks and managed all of the business's employees. I oversaw the standard operations of the shift and the business as a whole. Additionally, I analyzed sales reports, to report back to the owning partners. I assisted in ordering products for the business and maintained the inventory.
