I help organize and run special events. I also provide administrative and programming support for special events in our organization. I oversee registration for adult classes and events. I correspond with members through emails and donor and volunteer acknowledgement letters.

I develop and implement enrichment classes for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. In this position I plan and oversee daily activities for these students. I am responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of these students. I work both independently and as part of a team in this job position.

As the Artsfest assistant, I managed registration for both participants and volunteers. I planned, set-up, and ran our administrative office the week of the event. I researched and purchased the technology needed to run an administrative office off-site. I also reached out to local businesses for donations for the event.
