Compliance main responsibilities:• Development and Implementation of Gador Compliance Program, Code of Conduct and related Anticorruption policies and procedures in Argentina and Latam affiliates. Launch of the company Ethics Line (reporting tool that allows employees to report illegal, unethical or improper conduct).• Work with the Compliance team to provide engaging training on compliance issues to the staff (internal policies and also foreign and local regulations: FCPA/UK Bribery Act; Criminal Liability of Legal Entities, ANMAT Resolutions).• Monitoring compliance with anti-corruption standards, with focus on interactions with government officials, health care professionals and institutions.• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Compliance team.• Set strategic goals for enhancement of the compliance program and drive goals to completion to help keep up with a growing business.• Oversee, and continue to build out, a wide range of processes related to due diligence, conflicts of interest, risk assessment and internal investigations. • Keep abreast of best practices and ensure that the compliance program remains state-of-the-art.• Keep the Board and management informed of compliance issues as they ariseInternal Audit main responsibilities:• Development of the internal audit charter and manual of procedure.• Assembling the risk map and the audit plan of the company from the risk assessment process.• Strengthening of the control environment, cooperation in the validation of policies and procedures with business units.• Implementation of the audit plan.• Collaborate internally to understand business initiatives, and then partner with Finance, HR, Operations and other departments to design appropriate controls for areas of risk.• Contribution in project implementations.• Monitoring the execution of action plans.
