After that, I was part of IT LEAN department, responsible for the transformation and enhancement of the IT Infraestructure model in our company. Nowadays, I work for the development of the Retail Marketing Business. During 3 years I worked on Customer Loyalty projects, being responsible for important campaigns achieving a 40% improvement in results.
