Read and analyze logs to find out the root cause and give solution or generate alerts and scale the failures to 2nd and 3rd level. Read, modify and run shell scripts in different DB of the client. Run queries SQL in PuTTY.

Work with PO of Amex Credit Card for Amex Core TDC Project. Analyze the documents, design into a spreadsheet and run the cases in ULTIMUS BPM Web application. Generate data (AS / 400) for test cases. Report Bugs in MantisBT y follow them. Run test cases to validate the interconnection between ULTIMUS - BANKBU. Also design and run the cases in UAT Environment for PYME process of credit card. Review and check the passes to Production Environment.
