I organized meetings with the executive board to inspire members about adopting environmentally friendly practices in their daily lives. I took on the responsibility of crafting a comprehensive installation manual for Fire Rover's 1,000-gallon base Suppression System, where I meticulously wrote, edited, and developed the manual. To further enrich my understanding, I observed an installation at a recycling center and adeptly absorbed technical details. Additionally, I updated crucial pre and post-installation documents and conducted research on the company's customer experience journey. I instructed 300+ campers on the basics of sailing and helped them improve their sailing skills throughout the summer. I continuously maintained full safety on the waterfront and obtained necessary life-saving and boating credentials. Created and implemented a new curriculum and day-to-day instruction personalized to each camper for full understanding and engagement.

I wrote a business plan to connect youth with mental health resources. Additionally, I planned DEI workshops and helped maintain communication with congregants in university and grad school. I also continuously updated online records to ensure organization.
