Achievements • Delivery of an £8m programme with a team of 30 people on time and in budget to fulfil BBC Worldwides data and content requirements for a joint venture with ITV and Channel4 – which was halted by the competition commission.Despite aggressive timescales and conflicting priorities and starting to use Scrum techniques• I defined and organised the programme of work with the Chief Technical Architect to ensure the requirements placed on BBC Worldwide by the Joint Venture could be met. • Resourced and initiated 3 project streams, each requiring new ways of working and management within a matrix environment- Content and data delivery matrix platform: .NET - Middleware installation: MS Biztalk (a global solution for BBC Worldwide)- Financial processing and payaway: SAP• Integrated programme delivery plans with third party launch plans, feeding back on test strategies and quality assurance requirements.• Invaluable budgetary control, planning capability and creative risk management.
