I started with Ford as a Systems Analyst, after a month on a project and an introduction to the Accelerated Software Development Centres (ASC) project management methodology, my role was transferred to Project Manager. The ASC was a partnership established with IBM. Delivered various projects utilising technologies including.NET, C#, SQL, Java Script.

As member of the Harlow Group Senior Management and Special Projects Team I was involved in business realignment to ensure the business was maintained, requiring change management skills. The experience I brought to the team centred upon business process re-engineering, the capability to effectively integrate IT into the business to further augment.
