Managing the Paktel brand in Southern Region, comprising of Karachi, Hyderabad & Sukkur through following activities:  Developing promotional offers to stimulate demand in existing markets and create awareness in new markets for primary demand. Analysing market potential, coverage requirements and feasibility of service launch in new areas and making recommendations for expansion.  Preparing advertising strategies and coordinating with advertising agency for preparation and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns. Coordinating with vendors for outdoor advertising and printing. Developing and managing media campaigns in the region with primary focus on Print and Out Of Home Advertising. Coordinating joint promotions with various organizations as a part of affinity marketing to help in customer retention & increasing brand loyalty of Paktel. Prepare and conduct comprehensive training programs all over the country for Paktel staff and dealers related to selling skills, new products, cellular operations etc.  Conducting orientation programs for new dealers & sales staff. Monitoring performance of new packages and modify them according to customer preferences. Also coordinate with different departments to solve any issues related to new products.Marketing ExecutiveJune ’97 Dealer Channel - June ’97 - November ’97 Established Dealer Channel Department in Karachi.  Worked on policy formulation & implementation for dealer compensation, selection and de-selection. Standardised reports related to dealers’ sales and performance all over Pakistan. Also set specifications for record maintenance at dealers’ end. Streamlined day to day operations with respect to dealers, including submission of documents, sale vetting, number activation and equipment handling.  Worked on selection and de-selection of dealers in Karachi, Sukkur and Hyderabad.
