It was the best decision I've made being now a Speech and Language Pathologist.It's not like any other major, it has a profound impact on someone's life. I decided to pursue a career in this field because I wanted to help individuals with special needs to communicate and advocate for their wants, to provide a valuable service to the community, and to work as an independent professional. It is rewarding to touch the lives of others and positively affect their future.In my speech room we work hard to accomplish our speech and language goals, but I always try to keep things as fun as possible.
