Key accountabilities:• Communicate with customers by telephone or e-mail • Handle a large number of customer requests in a daily basis • Manage of disputes and complaints with effectiveness• Provide accurate information about products and services • Ensuring immediate completion of tarif changes• Registration of product orders and monitoring their progress • Work closely with sales consultant to meet requests and have problems solved • Provide information to create reports, check documentsand have any outstanding issue solved
