Working with Communication Solutions (Accesskenya) as a Senior Field Engineer from May 2005 to June 2006 and later moved to VoIP department as a VoIP Support Engineer to set up VoIP technical department.Responsibilities:• Support of end user mail servers based on Exchange server and Mdaemon server• Implementation and support of VPN connections.• Support and troubleshooting clients WAN and LAN connections• Configuration and installation of various routers• Testing and providing implementation document for new VoIP product. • Working with international least cost routers providers for necessary upgrade on on the Least Cost router Management centre and on clients’ least cost routers.• Overall management of VoIP core platform and clients’ VoIP devices.

Worked with Kenya Data Networks( Liquid Telecom) as NOC intern.Responsibilities: - Monitoring of National Microwave links and base stations in a 24/7 shift rota, - Basic network troubleshooting, -Generating network performance report.
