We build power among low-income people directly impacted by these crises through outreach, leadership development, direct action, and building power to change and eradicate systems of oppression.

WDP is a member-led organization seeking to rebuild the construction industry with workers' rights at the forefront and the enforcement of fair and safe conditions.
