Elias has over thirty-eight years of experience in the Information Technology, has travelled globally for work and lived in multiple cities in North America.His current employment is with TD Bank Group, as VP, Technology Shared Services, EETS, managing a staff of 400+ resources (TCoE, Solutions Architecture, Release and Configuration Management, Vendor Management, L2 Support and Operation Management). Prior to TD, was employed with Compuware Corporation (an application performance company) in 1999, where he worked at the Dallas, Detroit, Montreal and Toronto offices.
