CurrentObjective: EFBA uses the principles of applied behavior analysis to teach children with developmental disabilities and train caregivers in the natural environment. An emphasis is placed on functional communication training, social and emotional development, and skill acquisition generalization to promote habilitation. • Evaluate each client using behavioral assessments and evaluations (i.e., FBA, FAST, FBAQ, CPFQ, EFL-QA, ABLLS-R). • Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities via a face to face or telehealth modality. • Develop behavioral intervention treatment plans.• Develop and revise caregiver trainings for weekly teaching sessions via TEAMS or ZOOM platforms. • Create individualized behavior programs and data collection sheets for clients.• Provide consultation, training, observation and feedback to parents, caregivers, teachers, and paraprofessionals.• Participate in quarterly IEP meetings with special education services and interdisciplinary therapy teams.• Graph and analyze data.• Complete service authorization requests for new and established clients, as needed. • Bill funding sources accordingly. • Deliver training, supervision and oversight to independent supervisees preparing for the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) exam, as defined by the BACB.Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
