Walkway over the Hudson (Poughkeepsie-Highland Railroad Bridge) - Organized the inspection and lead the team that inspected the 130 year old 1.28 mile long steel truss and deck girder bridge, with the use of industrial rope access techniques. Wrote and coordinated the inspection report which included an assessment of the structural condition for all steel components and overall structural integrity of the bridge.Metro North Railroad (MNR) - GEC 2005 – 2009 – Inspection, Load Rating and Underwater Inspection of Undergrade Bridges – Port Jervis Line – Responsible for coordination, field inspection, and inspection reports for 28 bridges. The bridge types included steel deck and through girders, through trusses, and masonry culverts.Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) - Bridge Inspection Training Program – Responsible for developing a bridge inspection training program (classroom and field instruction) and manual to comply with AREMA, FRA, and NYSDOT guidelines. The objective was to assist LIRR in maintaining an effective and efficient bridge management system and to ensure proper conformity amongst their in-house inspectors. New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) - 2009 Ferry Shore Facilities, Emergency Transfer Bridge Inspection – Responsible for the emergency inspection and report of Slip 5 at the St. George Terminal. The gangplanks to the upper bridge were destroyed and the lower bridge was knocked off the rocker bearings due to impact from a ferry.Structural Evaluation of Crane Installations for the NYC Department of Buildings - Served as Site Engineer/Inspector at various locations throughout New York City. Site observations included: tower crane erections, routine inspections of tower mast, tie-ins to the building and mast foundations; tower crane mast jump up and jump down including the installation/dismantling of tie-ins, and tower crane disassembly.

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) - 2006 & 2007 Structural Inspection Call-In Contract, Two Bridges at the World Trade Center Site – Responsible for an in-depth inspection to determine the overall condition of the two structures. Identified structural and non-structural deficiencies, for usage by heavy construction equipment during the reconstruction of the site. Preparation of Condition Survey Report. 2007 Structural Inspection Call-In Contract, Lincoln Tunnel New York and New Jersey Approach Roadways – Provided an in-depth inspection to determine the overall condition of the approach roadways. Identified deficiencies in a condition survey report. Scheduled all inspection equipment as well as lanes closures and permits for local and governmental. 2007 Structural Inspection Call-In Contract, Outerbridge Crossing – Provided an in-depth inspection to determine the overall condition of the parapets, roadways, and lighting structures. New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) - Reconstruction of 12 Update Bridges in the Ashokan Reservoir, Ulster County, New York – Responsible for an in-depth inspection to evaluate existing bridge conditions and revised the existing Bridge Rehabilitation Project Report (BRPR) for each of the bridges. Checked design and analysis calculations for various steel and concrete bridge superstructures.
