Over the last 15+ years I have had the pleasure of delivering excellence into Offshore Wind, having now worked on over 20 offshore wind farms and 20GW of installed offshore wind capacity. This includes projects under development, construction and operations and maintenance. Digitalisation of our sector is close to my heart and have been part of the team developing asset management and maintenance planning system for the offshore environment. Also leading on multiple negotiations of turbine supply agreements and service and warranty agreements. Delivered due diligences, audits and end of warranty inspections and pre-prototype technology reviews. Risk based approach is always at the heart of all I do. Developing a culture of safety is the foundations upon which all else is built.

Amongst other things responsible for the O&M set up of London Array Offshore Wind farm on behalf of the service provider and the recruitment of the steady state O&M team. This included negotiations with the JV shareholders on O&M Agreement Scope, KPI's and Health & Safety performance measurements. Key leadership on how this is measured and joined to optimised commercials was also part of my outcomes. Asset Management, stakeholder management and commercial advice on multiple other offshore windfarm projects and OFTOs also formed part of my role.
