Current- Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of company’s logistics SaaS platform and coordinating QA testing for new feature releases.
- Managing external partners for new features deployments, responsible for configuration and testing of new releases.
- Coaching and leadership to a team with a focus on maintaining a high level of IT services.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users for hardware, software and network.
- Diagnosing, researching and resolving routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established procedures and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring the organization’s IT Services to proactively prevent IT problems.
