• Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of company’s logistics SaaS platform and coordinating QA testing for new feature releases.• Managing external partners for new features deployments, responsible for configuration and testing of new releases.• Coaching and leadership to a team with a focus on maintaining a high level of IT services.• Providing technical support and training to end-users for hardware, software and network.• Diagnosing, researching and resolving routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established procedures and troubleshooting.• Monitoring the organization’s IT Services to proactively prevent IT problems.

• Installing and configuring new technology to be used by the customers, such as hardware, operative systems, and programs or applications.• Giving regular maintenance to existing hardware and computer systems.• Providing assistance to clients with technology-related issues• Running diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware or software and finding solutions for any issue and implementing it.• Replacing damaged or malfunctioning parts on hardware when necessary.• Setting up profiles and emails for clients and assisting in all password-related issues.• Implementing and assisting on the roll out of new applications or operating systems. Learning about the new applications or operating system, running tests, evaluating new applications or operative systems and installing them on all systems in the client.
