Elias Manfred Mtemba I born on July 14, 1998. My educational journey began at Igota Primary School, where I completed my primary education in 2013, followed by my O'Level studies at Igota Secondary School in 2017. l pursued my A'Level education at Changalawe Secondary School, graduating in 2020. In 2024, Elias earned my first degree in Tourism Management and Marketing.Throughout my academic years, I was recognized for my exceptional leadership qualities. I received the Best Leader award at Igota Secondary School in 2017 and was honored as the Best Minister at Changalawe Secondary School in 2020.I am not only academically inclined but also deeply committed to community service. I volunteered with the Better Life Foundation in the Morogoro region in 2020 and served as a member of Umoja wa Vijana Wenye Taaluma Zanzibar (UVTAZ) from 2021 to 2023. Am passion for uplifting the less fortunate led me to found the Rising Orphans Zanzibar Foundation (ROZF) in 2023. ROZF aims to provide orphans with shelter, food, clothing, and education while also contributing to the community by establishing affordable healthcare facilities, colleges, schools, and other essential services.In terms of professional experience, I worked as a front office receptionist at Essque Zalu Hotel in Zanzibar in 2022 and gained valuable experience as an accountant and purchasing officer from 2023 to 2024 at Royal Beach Residence.My dream is to continue making a positive impact on society, particularly in uplifting vulnerable individuals and communities, while also excelling my career in tourism management and marketing. I didecate to service and leadership exemplifies my commitment to building a better future for all.
