Country Manager
Current- Drive a double-digit growth YoY with an annual sales target exceeding 10m EUR from assigned public and private accounts- Head all company activities in assigned geographical region- Weekly forecast in line with expectations- Recruit and train sales staff (team of 5) in Saudi, Kuwait & Egypt- Setting sales targets for individual reps and my team as a whole- Monitor my team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets- Develop sales strategies for penetrating new markets, while increasing business opportunities through various routes to market- Deal with Key accounts directly- Establish, maintain and expand our customer base- Collect customer feedback and market research- Manage Channel Resellers relationship, appoint and onboard new partners- Compile and analyze sales figures- Keep up to date with products and competitors- Handling directly the sales in Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq & Bahrain
