Reporting directly to the CTO in the replacement of the Executive Manager of Open Innovation in the period of 6 months, being responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary managers, using OKR methodology (Objective and Key Results), to expand and enable the assistance of more than 30 million customers in the pandemic.Accomplishments:Structuring of Banco do Brasil's Corporate Venture Capital program, with an initial budget of R $ 200 million.Implementation of 2 new internal Venture Capital products aimed at 2 groups of clients, Private and Large Corporate, to increase revenue and with innovative products.Mapping and evaluation of more than 100 startups with investment potential, realization of 6 virtual demo days, reaching 77% of the NPS with the startups ecosystem.Development of 2 methodologies for the qualification of more than 13 managers and valuation of startups.Adoption of a Harvard framework for classifying the degree of innovation of the various initiatives, structuring the process to carry out innovation governance at BB, culminating in an increase of 480% in BB's tax benefit.Structuring of the Innovation Network, design, by allowing BB to connect and map more than 100 innovation initiatives spread across the corporation and connect similar ideas, boosting and optimizing BB's results.Restructuring of BB's research and development laboratory, using agile methodology to leverage innovation projects with disruptive potential.

Leadership of 7 direct employees.Main responsible for the governance and M&A of the most relevant equity interests of the BB Conglomerate, such as: BB Seguridade - Insurance holding company, with public capital; Cielo publicly held acquiring company, in partnership with Banco Bradesco; Cateno - Company responsible for the Exchange business.Accomplishments:Restructuring of the Joint Venture and Shareholders' Agreement with Mapfre in a multi-billion dollar operation that increased BB Seguridade's focus on more profitable businesses and unlocked R $ 2.1 billion for shareholders.Follow on from IRB Resseguros raising the company's focus on a sale that moved R $ 4.1 billion.Achievement of Level 1, with maximum score, in the Governance Indicator, of the Ministry of Economy (“IG-SEST”) of BB Seguridade.Restructuring involving spin-off and incorporation of the BB Conglomerate's stake in Cielo, increasing tax efficiency and capital optimization.Review of the Variable Remuneration part of Cielo's Senior Management, changing the company's focus to customer satisfaction, innovation and long-term vision, increasing talent retention in the company and focusing on delivering value to the customer.Leadership of the teams responsible for reviewing and establishing the strategic objectives of a diversity of companies, such as: i) BB DTVM (industry's leading resource manager in Brazil); ii) BB Consórcios (3rd largest consortium company in Brazil); iii) Ativos S.A. leadership of 6 direct employees.Responsible for proposing and implementing corporate governance standards for more than 50 Banco do Brasil's Related Entities, mainly with regard to strategy definition, criteria for appointing directors and officers, in addition to improving the way the Bank allocates capital in companies and does risk management.Accomplishments:Responsible for improving the Bank's strategic planning process, evolving from a Multiple Bank vision to an approach as a mixed holding company (50% of the Conglomerate's result came from equity interests). Affiliates had annual revenues exceeding R $ 50 billion.Responsible for a profound change in the Bank's criteria for the appointment of Executive Officers and Directors, to its affiliates and subsidiaries, in addition to the adaptation to Law 13.303 / 16 - Law of Responsibility of State-Owned Companies.Creation of an innovative tool capable of ranking, by relevance, the companies of the Conglomerate, to prioritize investments, define executive compensation and determine the level of depth of risk management.Development of management reports for monitoring by the Board of BB, of the associates of the conglomerate.

Responsible for conducting presentations, studies and preparing proposals for the Bank's Board of Directors.Coordination of outsourced teams on several fronts such as law firms, investment banks and consulting and auditing companies in mergers and acquisitions.Accomplishments:Participation in the renegotiation of the Tecban shareholders' agreement (an outsourcing company and self-service terminals whose partners and main customers are the largest Brazilian banks, with annual revenue exceeding R $ 2.0 billion).Direct reporting to the leader of a spin-off project in the fiduciary services area of the BB Conglomerate, in a multibillion business.Support in the creation of the QUOD company (Data and analytical solutions company).

Analyst of BB's IR (Investor Relations) team in order to assist in the process of quarterly disclosure of the Company's results; prepare result presentations; prospectuses for debt issuance and service to investors and market analysts (buyside and sellside). Accomplishments:Expertise in 14 processes for the disclosure of BB's results, preparing a performance analysis document (MD&A), explaining the evolution and performance of the businesses.Elaboration of a prospectus for debt issuance of the first perpetual bond issued by a Brazilian Bank, which was admitted by the regulator as eligible for Tier I Capital - within the Basel III rules, raising a total of US $ 950 million.

Main Duties: i) Analyzing companies’ data information, calculating company's capability to repay loans, analyzing guarantees and other warranty instruments necessary to take banking loans; ii) Attending individuals and businessmen in order to grant loans and sell bank products.

Contribute to strategic discussions of the IoT Indicator Fund II, especially about startups investments.

Support Board of Directors on the supervision of activities migration from Banco do Brasil for the JV Cateno.

Member of the Operations Committee of Cateno Gestão de Contas de Contas S.A.Appointed by the Company's Board of Directors to support decisions related to the development of new business lines and review of the company's corporate strategy.Among the main activities that stand out: discussions and directions for the company's strategy, budget evaluation, executive compensation model and challenge of goals and new products and innovation.Accomplishments:In 2019, despite the opening of the market and revenue cap imposed by Bacen regulation, the company reached R $ 3.1 billion in net revenue and R $ 677 million in net profit.In 2018, the company achieved a Net Revenue of R $ 2.7 billion and a Net Profit of R $ 731 million.Review of the strategy for opening new business lines for revenue diversification, resulting in the opening of 400% of new digital accounts and the launch of 45 new APIs.The company was in 4th place in the ranking of the best in financial services in the publication of the magazine Exame de Maiores e Melhores Empresas and participation for the first time in the list “digital world” in the 11th position.
