Accomplishments:Expertise in 14 processes for the disclosure of BB's results, preparing a performance analysis document (MD&A), explaining the evolution and performance of the businesses.Elaboration of a prospectus for debt issuance of the first perpetual bond issued by a Brazilian Bank, which was admitted by the regulator as eligible for Tier I Capital - within the Basel III rules, raising a total of US $ 950 million.
