Senior Program Manager for Medical University of South Carolina overseeing rollout of population health tools-Partner with the Director for Value Intelligence to assess and implement population health and analytics functionality in the organization’s primary EMR and ancillary technology tools. This includes liaising with leadership and technical staff from 3rd party vendors and insurance plans to align interests, develop install plans, and determine the ideal partnership scenarios for the use of their tools.-Oversee analysts, report writers, and ETL developers, drafting requirements and translating them into delivered products. In this capacity I often must coordinate across clinical, business / operational, and IT staff to determine optimal technology strategy. -Prepare cost and ROI analyses for CEO and other executives to justify capital expenditures to support technology systems. Focusing on improving the experience of clinicians and care team members using Memora's tools-Manage a team of six software engineers and associated QA staff in delivering software to support Memora's patient engagement platform-Define requirements, determine key performance metrics, and set strategic direction for Memora's clinical tools alongside the Director for Product Management-Partner with design to determine product layout and workflows-Draft and execute research plans alongside Memora's User Research team to inform future product enhancements and roadmap, identifying core user and business problems

-Owned the full life cycle development of a new feature to drive engagement and retention on the Stock platform-Conducted original data analysis using SQL and Tableau to prove the value proposition of the feature and earn executive approval to assign one full-time engineer to the project-Wrote feature requirements and partnered with the design and engineering teams to ideate a minimum viable product -Coordinated with the marketing and go-to-market divisions to determine target customer segments, draft a product launch plan, and finalize key performance indicators to measure feature success

Presented, planned, and designed population health programs for prospective customers during the sales process. My primary audiences were hospital and network executives (COO, CMIO, CIO, ACO leads, director for analytics). I also regularly represented Epic and the population health team when we hosted executives in Wisconsin for corporate visits, held conferences in Verona (UGM, XGM), or presented at trade shows such as HIMSS.
