Programme: Bicentennial Schools (PERU). Client: G2G UK – Peru / Department of International Trade UK - Ministry of Education Peru.Scope: Construction of 75 schools. PMO Reporting Lead Nov 2022 – Present● Conducted the implementation of a consolidated decision-focused reporting strategy, which included the development of a centralized Reporting Hub platform to display monthly and weekly reports. Coordinated with different functions such as digital, document control, earned value, cost, risk, planning, commercial, HSESQ, etc.● Managed the technical development and update of interactive and multilevel reports using Power BI, including data processing, validation, and analysis based on best practices and stakeholders´ requirements. Worked with industry recognized systems such as Oracle Aconex, Primavera P6, ARM, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.● Implemented the supply chain data collection process using predefined templates, virtual forms, and applications.● Provided formal and informal training and guidance to the client's team on reporting management in accordance with the Knowledge Transfer strategy.● Developed a monthly Assurance report with key recommendations for the client from an external consultant's perspective, covering all disciplines.

Perú

• Elaborated the annual budget regarding post construction services for 14 real estate proyects. (USD 2.5M). Controlled the budget by approving purchasing agreements, early detection of deviations. • Developed with IT department a project for creating high quality and automated reports of budget execution using Power BI• Participated in execution of efficiency initiatives such as negotiation with providers, outsourcing, optimization of personnel, new technology acquisition.
