I rejoined YT to start up a new effort to completely overhaul creator growth and support. Our goal is to help YT creators grow their audience & business and offer fast, correct, and sustainable help when they get stuck.• Led development of the strategy to modernize our approach to creator engagement across Growth, Support, and Tools -> unlocked ~100 headcount and $XXM in OpEx across Ops, Trust & Safety, PM & Eng• Defined product strategy for unifying internal Support Tools at YouTube across BizTech, T&S, and Creator• Set product vision and hired the PM team for iStudio, a new creator support tooling platform, which reduced total resolution time by 35% and number of tools needed by 60% for launched workflows

GMP is Google’s Enterprise Maps business. The ODRD business is GMP’s first vertical-specific effort to build geo-enabled products and services that are tailored to customers’ unique needs.• Grew ODRD revenue by 3x to $XXXM ARR, and grew trips powered by 11x• Ideated and launched a new go-to-market solution (‘ODRD Solution’) to package up all GMP services and new terms into a single ODRD-centric, per-trip model• Launched critical new features like Routes Preferred, Custom Routes, Origin Selection• Took complex products like Journey Sharing and Search Vehicles to GA• Debugged extremely challenging issues, like vehicle location accuracy in remote areas, unexpected driver behaviors, and non-US address parsing in autocomplete• Managed a team of 6 PMs including managers; recruited and hired 3 PMs

Within Google’s Home / Nest hardware business, Services includes Nest Aware and pro-monitoring & cellular backup on Nest Secure. Security products include Nest Secure (security), Nest Protect (fire), and 3P sensors (awareness)• Developed and got VP approval for the 'new Nest Aware', which launched in Oct. 2019 to strong press• Developed a sound detection on smart speakers/displays using AI to detect events like glass breaking, fire alarms, pet sounds, and human presence• Developed cost-effective e911 calling, a top requested feature• Developed a new privacy safe Presence Service to orchestrate devices when you are home vs away• Built a new payments & entitlements flow, including the service journey, full UX, and migration process from old to new Nest Aware• Managed a team of 4 PMs

Product Lead for App Promotion Ads on YouTube, including campaign creation, quality & optimization, ad formats, and conversion tracking & measurement.+ Grew the team from 1 to 3 Product Managers+ Grew the YT app promotion business from a pilot to $X.XB ARR+ Part of the large XFN team that launched and scaled Universal App Campaigns to thousands of advertisers and $X.XBPM lead for Non-Video formats, including display and text ads on the Home, Watch, and Search pages, as well as in YT Feeds+ Launched a new mobile display ad format and grew the business from $0 to $XXXM+ Launched first mobile search ads on YT
