This includes executing PAR Validation Tool which is a custom application that CVS feeds information into and it extracts the benefits set up for a given plan within RxClaim. 2. Comparison is done between the setup, coding standards and client intent from the CRD.3. Validated CDH on Traditional Plan via Plan Menu and XREF Plans are done via XREF Profile BAS (BASE PLAN) or XREF CDH Profile4. When errors found in PAR results report, go to RxClaim to capture the issues with CDH setup and PO 29 (Accums- Ded/Max Limits). 5. Report case in SFC for benefits team to correct or determine a non-issue. Ultimately it would come back for revalidation and attach the new report to work assignment in SFC and on share point site. 6. Reports are sent out and used by downstream processes.
