-The collection, maintenance, automation, and monitoring of various datasets, models, and internal processes.- Generating analytical reports and models using data from sources such as Morningstar and Bloomberg, and frequently utilizing the Microsoft Office suite.- Producing regular output reports utilizing the Morningstar platform, covering portfolio attribution, Monte Carlo simulations, and portfolio optimization to comprehend performance trends across different strategies, sectors, and asset classes.- Preparing and presenting periodic reports for Syntrinsic’s internal Investment Committee.- Collaborating with the Operations team to supervise the addition of new investment managers to the platform, particularly alternative assets and separately managed accounts.- Assisting the Operations team with data to create and execute periodic performance reports and other deliverables for clients.- Assisting in organizing and coordinating internal Syntrinsic Investment Committee meetings.- Participating in the manager due diligence process by supporting colleagues in gathering information from managers and third-party sources, participating in manager meetings, and engaging in manager write-ups.- Participating in Syntrinsic Investment Committee deliberations regarding the economy and capital markets, portfolio positioning, and investment manager selection, as well as other relevant topics as they arise.- Participating in client meetings as a passive observer and as an actively engaged resource to support Consultant and/or Senior Analyst efforts.-Generating visual representations such as graphs and other illustrative materials for quarterly and annual commentary articles, utilizing a wide range of databases.
