Drive the success of the Benelux customer service team by translating the global and regional goals to local activity, making sure the team has the talent to operate in the Greif Way.Own optimization projects and initiatives that will develop and professionalize customer service activities and processes.Monitor department budgets in cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager.
