-Report to the Director of Field Operations. Responsible for the daily operations of the field team in Magic Valley-Lead, train, and develop my team of supervisors, and technicians to ensure optimal performance, and unparalleled customer satisfaction-Establish and maintain efficient supervisors and technicians to exceed/maintain workload within time requirements while also meeting standards that exceed all competitors-Direct facilitator for interviewing candidates, hiring, retaining, training, supervising, disciplining and evaluation of all members of team-Ensure and maintain all customer and company quality control processes as well as safety requirements -Maintain and control all company assets in area, as well as team inventory-Maintain fleet inventory, upkeep vehicles, and ensure daily safety inspections and rules of road are followed-Analyze daily operations, identify performance issues, and implement coaching strategies to improve and correct any issues-Hold regular team meetings for timely communication and training, inform team or new directives and or changes- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that break down all operational concerns (quality control, technician workload, KPI's, safety needs, etc.)- Improve network by recommending network upgrades, equipment issues, tower coverage etc.- Facilitate the growth of territory by expanding network infrastructure in Magic Valley through new locations, builds, and sites
