Principales Funciones:• Supervisar los artículos que están por agotarse y hacer los pedidos correspondientes en USA.• Analizar artículos que se cotizan, pero no se venden, y estar pendiente de los recurrentes para hacer los ajustes que le correspondan.• Analizar el reporte de pronóstico de ventas y mejorar o editar el mismo para que nos facilite la labor de poder pedir repuestos en la fecha indicada.• Realizar el registro de entrada de la mercancía de manera oportuna al sistema de inventario.• Mantener la base de datos del inventario actualizada con sus categorías, subcategoría, y otros relevantes para el mismo, que no se estén duplicando.• Mantener el control de la mercancía comprada en Miami y los pedidos especiales, e informar oportunamente la llegada de estas piezas.• Registrar las compras a proveedores locales e ingresarlos al inventario, y considerar los mismos con la finalidad de agregarlos a los pedidos al por mayor.• Realizar Balance de inventario entre sucursales, con la finalidad de poder cumplir con la demanda de servicio de cada una. • Mantener el control y organización de dos bodegas• Llevar el control de la mercancía marítima y coordinar la logística de entrega con el proveedor.• Mantener un alto porcentaje de asertividad en el inventario, evitando la facturación de una pieza que no esté físicamente. • Realizar compras en proveedores de Alemania y china, e realizar las coordinaciones de pagos con el corredor de aduanas y navieras.• Mantener comunicación constante con las navieras para tener detalles de los Booking de salida.• Supervisar la labor del ayudante de bodega, y que el mismo cumpla con las necesidades del servicio y ordenamiento de la bodega.• Mantener comunicación con el personal de ventas sobre la disponibilidad de stock como sus fechas de ingresos a bodega.
