Provided Knowledge Management expertise regarding all aspects of knowledge generation, management and application.• Created knowledge management solutions for the CoE staff, tactical units and Family Readiness Group organizations. Assisted in the creation of a staff collaboration center in using Microsoft Office SharePoint Services 2007• Facilitated and managed the taxonomy and content of a very successful Community of Practice, producing tremendous results for the KM program; membership increased nearly 300% in less than 2 years • Assisted in planning and management of 2nd Annual Signal Conference. Represented both the Signal Center and the US Army Battle Command Knowledge System at the Tactical C4 Conference and LandWarNet Conference • Created and conducted Knowledge Management (KM) training for numerous audiences; assisted in Captains Career Course (CCC) core component redesign effort. I retired after a 20+ year career in the Army. My last unit of assignment was the 35th Signal Brigade, Ft. Gordon, Ga 30905.Provided advisory services and assistance to commanders, leaders, Soldiers and family members to avoid and or correct discriminatory and unfair practices based on race, color, national origin, religion, and gender.• Developed, reviewed and analyzed policies and practices to include affirmative action plans. Compiled and evaluated unit narrative and statistical data and developed recommendations for the commander. Coordinated and implemented the Brigade Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program; trained 100% of the 2000 soldiers in the brigade.• Managed an annual budget of $10,000. Served as project manager in the planning, organization and implementation of 8 ethnic/special observances per year. • Developed recommendations for commanders to improve command climate resulting in an overall reduction of formal complaints by 90%
