Elie Man has over 18 years working in creative development as an industrial designer. Responsible for designing, developing, and sourcing footwear for the PAJAR CANADA brand. Overseeing seasonal brand campaigns, imagery, and continued brand identity development. Designing collections for Pajar group's global licenses, as well as private label programs for exclusive premium retails and mass. Work closely with PAJAR CANADA licensees in outerwear, bags, base-layer, and hosiery to ensure cohesive brand identity across product categories. Working and overseeing brand imagery and aesthetics with PAJAR CANADA's e-commerce & social media outlets regarding campaigns, e-blasts. Creative direction with regards to compelling brand videos, as well as in-house media management for creative digital and video presentations.

Footwear and brand development, marketing, customer service, and presentations for fashion brands Kenneth Cole, True Religion, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Pajar, Ben Sherman, Firetrap, Steve Madden, Creative Recreation, Armani, Sean John, Roberto Vasi, Vince Camuto, French Connection. Production and shipment of roughly 3 million pairs annually to retailers including Saks 5th Ave, Neiman Marcus, Macys, Nordstrom, DSW, Ross, etc. Product Management prioritizing product development to meet simultaneous project deadlines, coordinating product development with Sales & Marketing departments.
