-Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including theme and plugin creation or modification, and ensuring responsiveness across devices and browsers.-Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues while ensuring site security, regular backups, and updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins.-Collaborate with clients, designers, content creators, and developers to gather requirements, implement new features, enhance functionality, and provide ongoing technical support.-Optimize websites for speed, SEO on Page, scalability, and security.-Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, caching mechanisms, and content delivery networks (CDNs)-Experience with Git or other version control systems, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.-Conduct site audits to proactively identify SEO and technical opportunities to drive organic traffic and revenue growth.-Monitor and analyze site performance using SEO and analytics tools, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.-Lead key technical SEO initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to implement and refine SEO strategies and represent the SEO team in technical discussions with stakeholders.-Measure and analyze the impact of SEO activities, working with team members and website analysts to ensure continuous optimization.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with WordPress builders like Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and WooCommerce for eCommerce integration.Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, UX/UI design, and graphic tools like Adobe XD or Figma.Expertise in technical SEO and site performance analysis, collaborating across IT, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.

-Migration of WordPress sites/blogs to Rock Content's server (Rock Stage).-Hosting and Domain Management: Configure and manage domain registrations, DNS, and SSL certificates.-Configure and manage integrations with CRMs, ERPs, and others.-Performance optimization and load speed improvement of migrated sites/blogs.-Making occasional layout changes on clients websites.-Identifying and resolving potential infrastructure issues related to the hosting server.-Providing complete technical support to both internal and external clients (hosting, websites, emails, and integrations).-Set up and integrate automation tools such as MailChimp and RD Station.-Metrics Analysis: Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance monitoring.

-Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the back-office team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and procedures. Promote continuous training to improve the team's efficiency and performance.-Financial Operations Processing: Ensure accurate and efficient execution of all financial operations, such as payments, receipts, bank reconciliations, and cash movements.-Documentation Management: Organize and manage all financial and accounting documentation, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Ensure records are accurate and up to date.-Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate financial and operational risks. Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize risks and safeguard the company’s financial security.-Report and Analysis Preparation: Produce detailed financial reports and analyses for senior management. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.-Process Optimization and Automation: Identify opportunities to automate back-office activities and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.-Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, treasury, and legal, to ensure integration and cohesion in financial operations.-Internal Client Support: Provide agile and efficient solutions to issues related to financial operations, ensuring a high level of internal client satisfaction.-Planning and Integration: Participate in the integration with strategic partners, ensuring that system tests and configurations comply with security policies and legislation.

-Responsible for ensuring the success of financial remittance deliveries, the company's core activity.-Identify and escalate technical and integration issues between the tools used and payment partners.-Prepare remittance audit spreadsheets to prevent losses.-Coordinate process alignment through meetings with international partners.-Provide support to internal and external clients.-Ensure the full functionality of operations, promoting operational efficiency.
