Created rigorous IR practice at Silknet: quarterly reports results calls, annual reports, and direct engagement with investors. Silknet's 2022 annual report received BARTA (Best Annual Report and Transparency Award) for large non-financial companies in Georgia.Manages major M&A transactions at Silknet. Most notably, these include the transformative acquisition of Geocell. In the them record-breaking transaction on the Georgian market, coordinated investment bankers, law firms, due diligence exercises (financial, legal, technical and commercial), created the unified financial model, including synergies. In addition, co-led the successful negotiations with the consortium of banks for a record-breaking bank financing package on the market.

This was the first statistical income-estimation to be ever approved by the national bank of Georgia.
