Tarrytown Expocare is a closed-door pharmacy that provides pharmaceuticals to long-term care patients. As the Director of Revenue Cycle management, I am responsible for billing payers, managing rejections, collecting payments, and ensuring that all revenue is appropriately accounted for in the accounting system.

Responsible for every aspect of the revenue and billing process from system configuration to management reporting. Established policies and procedures to standardize operations. Expected to collect 33% more cash than the previous year.• Performed an end-to-end review of the revenue cycle to identify areas where claim processing needed to improve. Review led to changes within accessioning, AR Management, and Patient Collections.• Implemented key billing procedures like eligibility, insurance discovery, and automated prior authorization requests.
